Re:  Election of General Assembly Officers

On July 14, 2010 your elections committee was appointed by Chairman Pro-tem Bishop Fred Bronson.  The members are as follows: Pastor Bertha Brooks-Walker, chairman, Evangelist Annie Grady, Vice-Chairman, Mother Dorothy Rivers, Secretary, Pastor Carolyn Bryant and Pastor Staci Sawyer, members.  As your elections committee, we are notifying you of the following information.

According to our procedure we are required to notify all General Assembly members that we will be holding an election of officers.  The election will take place on Saturday November 13, 2010 between the hours of 10:00am – 12:00 noon during our annual convocation in Jacksonville, Florida.

We will be accepting nominations until Wednesday September 1, 2010.  Please be sure your nomination includes a resume of credentials.  See your constitution (white book) for qualifications of the office.  The offices that need to be filled are Chairman, Vice-chairman and Parliamentarian of the General Assembly.
