MISSION STATEMENT
The National Education Department of the Church of Written In Heaven is a Christ centered program designed to equip and motivate the saints to advance the cause of Christ through ministries that educate, edify and evangelize. The vision of the educational department is to train mature servants who are spiritually vibrant, biblically strong, theologically balanced, spirit empowered, ministry-equipped and culturally sensitive.
The mission of The National Education Department is to train and empower Spirit-anointed leaders who can hear the voice of God, understand the principles of the Bible, and allow the Holy Spirit to apply these principles to the various disciplines of life. Students will be encouraged to discern their God-given motivations and giftedness during actual classes and through real-life applications. Ultimately, students will learn to allow the voice, vision, and anointing of God flowing through these spiritual gifts and talents to empower the areas in which they work and minister. This realization will help them to effectively contribute to fulfilling the Great Commission of Jesus, to "Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations..."(Matt. 28:19).
We will endeavor to provide training for all believers with a special emphasis on identifying and training leaders to lead God's church. We will strive to design courses designed to cultivate spiritual maturity in every student as they devote themselves to the Holy Scriptures. Evidence of spiritual character is essential and required in the lives of each student, and personal qualities such as integrity, faithfulness, holiness, and commitment will be encouraged in all classes, ministry experiences, and personal endeavors.
